For 13 years I worked in the medical field, but it wasn’t until my own family’s struggles with sleep that I truly felt its impact.
When my son was born, sleep became a battle—my daughter, once an easy sleeper, suddenly fought bedtime and woke often. Exhausted and out of answers, I turned to a sleep consultant, and within two weeks she was sleeping through the night. The change was life-changing—I had my evenings back, my energy returned, and I finally felt like me again.
The transformation was life-changing. I had my evenings back, my energy returned, and I finally felt like me again.
That experience inspired me to become a certified pediatric sleep consultant so I could help other families find the same peace, balance, and rest that we did.
Now, through Restful Rhythms, I guide fellow parents to better sleep routines for their babies and children—without endless stress, second-guessing, or sleepless nights.
Is simple: to help exhausted moms and families reclaim their nights, their energy, and their joy. You don’t have to do this alone—I’ve been where you are, and I’d love to help you find your rhythm again.
Sleep isn’t a "nice-to-have." It’s the foundation of everything.
My Training & Philosophy
You can find me with my favorite crew—my husband, our two kids, Lilly and Nixon, and our two Dobermans.
Whether we’re cheering on our kids at their games or spending Saturdays out on the boat, our family loves staying active and making memories together.
Good sleep makes it possible to keep up with it all—and to truly enjoy the things we love most.
At the end of the day, I’m not just a sleep consultant—I’m a mom who understands the ups, downs, and joys of family life. And I know that being well-rested makes it all so much sweeter.
